Focus on Now

When an unwanted feeling, such as doubt, resentment, isolation, or fear, arises
Allow the feeling to be there instead of resisting it
As the more concerned you are, the greater it grows in your mind

It is easier said than done
How can you forget what is eating you up?

The answer would be to focus on the current moment
Not on shameful things you have done or have not
Not on fearful things that may happen or not happen
As now is the only moment you have control over
